About Us -
Casa MANINI opened in Jan 2018 in Singapore as an ode to an old family legacy that was founded in the early 1900s by Chef Patron Fulvio Manini’s paternal grandparents Francesco and Lucia Manini. Then, the family-owned Ristorante Manini was located in the enchanting medieval town of Bergamo, located in the Lombardy region, north of Italy, in an area known for its unpretentious, wholesome foods amidst a heritage richly steeped in art and history.

Our Cuisine -
Casa MANINI brings you Northern Italy in a simple yet charmingly eclectic, artistic and homely setting - conceptualised, designed, styled and curated by Chef Fulvio’s wife and business partner, Fiona.
Fiona also curates the alcohol selections and crafts classic ItalIan cocktails while the Chef himself conjures up simple yet tasty dishes from timeless family recipes, served with the warm hospitality much associated with the Italians. The piece de resistance at Casa MANINI is the classic beef and pork Lasagna, but there are also many other must-try dishes, such as the traditional Carbonara, spicy crab linguine, pasta Burrata and steaks.
